Nation A: Frozen Kingdom of Luth'rean, Home of the Barbarian King, Tidrian Searmantle. Populated mainly by humans, this is an empire built on martial might. Split in twain by a dead zone of permafrost stretching a hundred miles across, the two sister provinces communicate via a booming port system, making Luth'rean one of the most diverse cultural nations in the world. Although a human now sits on the throne, it has seen orcs, hobgoblins and even a halfling grace is mountain top palace: Greatspire.
Nation B: The Temperate Jungle of Itacare and the Free Trade Isles (FTI). A united federation of the three major islands and the mainland, the FTI is a recent outcome of the Last War. Brought into existence by shrewd goblin bargaining,it is well known as the home of Griz Quickshanks, the former goblin pirate captain also referred to as the "Terror of Reef." Quickshanks quickly seized power from the aristocratic body in a coup shortly after the FTI was established, and has rapidly been using his accumulated wealth to expand his nation eastward, clashing frequently with the well rooted Gnomish lands.
Nation C: The Rolling Fields of Prosperity, Havilandria, Land of the Gnomes. It is said that all the fair races are descended from a long extinct father race, while all the brutish races were birthed from an ancient mother race. If this is true, then surely Gnomes were the father's promised son. The most populated and thriving nation in the land, these plains are home to mighty Gnomish castles and keeps, with thousands of lords and ladies claiming fealty over what they foresee. Atop this pyramid of feudal power sits the Queen Lina Ulraine, rumored to be the most powerful cleric in the known world. She rules with a kind yet, when needed, iron fist. It was her that declared the last war, and it was her that ended it, riding into combat on numerous occasions and bringing handfuls of her soldiers from deaths embrace with a single flick of the wrist. She now turns her attention to the west, dispatching troops to deal with the goblin incursion.
